Senior Systems Operations Manager – Regulated Messaging Platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations and regulatory readiness of enterprise messaging platforms.
• Ensure consistent execution of retention, legal hold, supervision, and evidentiary controls.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Records Management to implement regulatory and governance controls.
• Serve as the senior operations lead during audits and platform incidents.
• Oversee system reliability including incident response, recovery, and lifecycle management.

• 7+ years of Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture experience
• 5+ years of experience with operational ownership of high‑availability production systems
• 3+ years of experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, Legal, or Audit functions
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Demonstrates extensive experience in Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture, with a strong focus on operational ownership of high‑availability production systems and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage incident response and lifecycle management for enterprise messaging platforms.
