Director, Strategy Development – Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a comprehensive, enterprise procurement strategy, integrating inputs from functional teams including automation, resiliency, functional excellence, productivity, and compliance.
• Translate executive vision and long-range planning (STRAP) into actionable strategic frameworks and multi-year roadmaps.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and align strategic initiatives across procurement and the broader business.
• Drive strategic project concepts and initiatives, ensuring alignment with ISC strategy and business objectives.
• Act as a central integrator, consolidating and harmonizing existing functional strategies into a unified direction.
• Establish a strategy development framework, governance model, and timeline to guide execution and track progress.
• Influence and collaborate across a highly matrixed, global organization without direct reporting authority.

• YOU MUST HAVE
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise strategy development, strategic planning, or business transformation leadership.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear strategic direction.

  • Comfort holding both rigor and speed in tension; you know when governance accelerates delivery and when it's theater.
