Strategy and Go-to-Market Leader

• Drive the Public Records strategic agenda for Lexis Nexis Legal & Professional Business in North America by assessing future growth opportunities.
• Manage the market facing teams consisting of 1 manager and 8 sales professionals with annual revenue of $14M.
• Support the annual capital planning process by developing financial models of new product or new market development initiatives for business case approval.
• Interact with customers frequently and understand their use cases and business in great depth.
• Establish aggressive KPIs for the team to measure success.
• Develop go to market strategy and launch plans at the product level through coordination with stakeholders.

• Have strategy skills, with preferably a couple years of strategy consulting experience.
• Have Product Management skills.
• Possess MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrate advanced analytical skills; ability to drive financial modeling.
• Advanced executive presentation skills.
• High level of drive, energy, along with a collaborative approach.

Demonstrates expertise in driving strategic agendas and managing market-facing teams to achieve revenue targets. Proficient in financial modeling, product management, and developing go-to-market strategies while fostering collaboration and effective communication.
