Senior Test Analyst – Business Analyst III

• Serve as the liaison between the business and IT by translating complex business needs into application software
• Ensure accurate setup and validation of pharmacy benefits systems, including formulary and utilization management components
• Understand pharmacy benefit setup and validate configuration using claims/query testing
• Validate formulary, utilization management, and drug list setup using claims/query testing
• Identify and triage defects and collaborate with business and adjudication teams to resolve them
• Coordinate and collaborate with globally dispersed cross-functional teams
• Analyze complex end-user needs and determine optimal solutions
• Determine business application software requirements for complex business needs
• Develop project plans and identify and coordinate resources, including resources outside the unit
• Work with programming staff to incorporate requirements into system design and testing
• Act as a software resource for users by addressing questions and issues
• Provide direction and guidance to team members and serve as a team expert

• BA/BS and minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Pharmacy benefit experience and clinical knowledge
• 4+ years of experience in the US Healthcare domain, supporting pharmacy claims processing and benefit administration
• Experience in Commercial, Medicaid, or Medicare healthcare lines of business
• Significant Medicaid experience highly desired;
  Commercial or Medicare experience is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Strong communication, problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical skills
• Experience preparing and presenting testing status and metrics reports to stakeholders
• Experience collaborating within a matrix team
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with test automation tools and test data management
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Expertise in MS Excel
• Automation skills in VB Macro/C#
• Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations
