Contract Writer

The Contracts Writer ensures that the company processes for executing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements are organized, consistent, and efficient. This role collaborates closely with business leads and external partners to draft high-quality agreements and provides ongoing coordination across internal review teams to support timely and accurate contract execution.

• Draft MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements in collaboration with business leads and partners.
• Proactively coordinate with legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement teams to gather required information, resolve issues, and ensure agreements meet all review standards.
• Develop, organize, and maintain a comprehensive repository of company agreements and associated documentation.
• Partner with business leads to ensure programs and services remain aligned with the terms, obligations, and expectations outlined in related agreements.
• Support continuous improvement of contract workflows, documentation standards, and compliance processes to enhance operational efficiency.

• Experience drafting, reviewing, or managing contracts, agreements, or MOUs.
• Ability to collaborate across legal, privacy/security, finance, and procurement teams.
• Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining structured document repositories.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with public sector requirements or health information exchange concepts is a plus.
