Senior Director, Product Management – New York, NY | Durham, NC | Austin, TX

Lead platform operations for our on‑device solutions, owning the evolution of our mobile platform, driving SDK and distribution strategy, and positioning Digital Turbine as the partner of choice for carriers, OEMs, and developers globally.

• Define and execute the platform strategy, owning the roadmap for our on‑device distribution platform and driving global scale and partner adoption.
• Lead platform consolidation and the technical unification of our SDK surface into a high‑performance framework for internal and external use.
• Build and manage a team of Product Managers across multiple platform verticals, fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability.
• Serve as the internal expert on mobile ecosystem shifts, OS policy changes, and regulatory landscapes affecting app distribution, translating policy shifts into product strategy.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with major carriers, OEMs, and top‑tier developers, aligning on distribution strategy, commercialization, and compliance.
• Drive platform security and integrity by leading the development of SDK‑based layers that protect developers and partners against evolving mobile platform risks.
• Turn partner business reviews into strategic cross‑functional exercises that reflect the full breadth of our platform value.

• 12+ years in mobile ecosystems, platform distribution, or mobile ad tech, with 3+ years at Director level or above.
• Deep technical fluency in mobile OS environments, SDK architecture, and distribution mechanics.
• Experience shipping devices or OS‑level products, with a strong understanding of Android, OEM dynamics, and app distribution mechanics.
• Proven track record managing technical and commercial relationships with major telecommunications carriers or device manufacturers.
• Regulatory and compliance fluency in mobile app compliance, privacy legislation, and the ability to translate complex policy developments into clear product priorities.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership skills, capable of leading product pods across engineering, commercial, and partner teams simultaneously.
• Data‑driven product development mindset, integrating experimentation into the product process.

Competitive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package, including stock options, unlimited PTO, and performance‑based bonus. Salary range: $259,000 – $310,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
