Job Overview

APTIM's Energy Transition is seeking a Project Coordinator
. This role processes eligibility and project applications for the HOMES and HEAR programs, ensuring the accuracy of applications submitted by customers and Trade Allies. The Coordinator maintains project information in system databases, engages with customers and contractors via email and phone, and coordinates with internal functional teams to manage customer incentive reviews and project tasks. The position reports to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project application forms to confirm compliance with program policies.
  • Maintain and update system databases accurately.
  • Communicate with customers and contractors to resolve incomplete applications.
  • Develop relationships with program partners and provide information to program managers.
  • Follow escalation processes and assist in issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with APTIM quality and safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma, associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–2 years of application processing or quality‑control experience.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with client engagement experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and tracking systems.
  • Quantitative and analytical skills, including report writing and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Strong critical‑thinking skills and the ability to recommend solutions.
  • Self‑starter with time‑management and multi‑tasking abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent project‑management follow‑through.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies across multiple industries.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in the energy‑efficiency or electrification industries.
  • Four years of prior office experience.
  • Experience working with a wide variety of stakeholders, including government agencies, utilities, and non‑profits.
  • Ability to speak additional languages.
Salary

As of the date of this posting, the estimated pay range for this position is $21.00–$26.50 per hour. Compensation depends on experience, education, key skills, geographic location, client requirements, external market competitiveness, and internal equity.
