Job Description & How to Apply Below

Why this Role? This is a rare kind of job: a relationship- and values-first approach to investing and capital formation. And you’ll help build something rare: a generous, empathetic, spiritually-based community (Francesco Collaborative) that resources and is resourced by revenue from values-first investment firm (Livable Future LLC). You'll work closely with a founder who thinks big, builds trust quickly, and loves gathering and facilitating — but who needs a partner in nurturing relationships and realizing the full potential of each one.

Right now we have more investor interest than we can carry. Investors find us, ask real questions, and want to go deeper. Fund managers doing extraordinary work want our help reaching institutional capital. The bottleneck is not demand. It is the sustained, patient, relational follow-through that turns interest into conviction and conviction into committed capital.

You’ll have real ownership from day one. You’ll be making judgment calls, building relationships, and representing the organization externally. You’ll sharpen your instincts for how institutional capital actually moves, how impact funds get built and scaled, and how a spiritually-energized movement can lead change at the national and international levels.

You’ll be reinforced by an Associate Director with incredible systems acumen, phenomenal marketing and culture-change colleagues, and an exceptional executive admin team. This position has the support to complement the gifts you bring.

About Us

Francesco Collaborative is a community gathered and grounded by conviction — organizing investors, philanthropists, and faith leaders around Catholic Social Teaching and the project of economic transformation. Through workshops, peer learning communities, and summits, we build the companionship, capacity, and confidence that move institutions from interest to action.

Livable Future Impact (LFI) is our affiliated placement agent initiative — connecting values-aligned institutional capital to exceptional impact funds working at the frontier of employee ownership, climate investing, community wealth building, and beyond.

Together, FC and LFI form a small, high-trust, entrepreneurial platform doing work that didn't exist in this form before we built it. Our team is small by design. We believe in doing fewer things with more depth — and we're hiring to go further.

About the Role

This role is for someone who sees a big ask as a gift — extending an invitation into a partner's most important work, from a foundation of mutual respect and spiritual alignment. You can identify the barriers between the ask, the commitment, and the follow-through, and then build the supports necessary to catalyze change within individuals, their institutions, and our network.

What we need is someone who can step into strategic relationships and carry them forward: accompanying people in their most important work, watching for the ripple effects, and creating the shareable content and gathering spaces that make those ripples possible.

Priority 1 — Nurture Our Investor Community and Welcome New Investors (60%)
  • Deepen existing relationships. Add strategic value to 20 existing investors each quarter through one-on-ones, small groups, and in-person meetings — understanding where each person is in their journey and what would actually help them take the courageous next step.
  • Welcome new investors in. Reach out proactively to 20 and successfully welcome 12 new institutional investors each quarter — responding to inbound interest quickly and warmly, and initiating outbound conversations with the allocators most likely to move.
  • Accompany investors toward deeper CST embodiment. Support 6+ institutional investors each quarter in making concrete moves on investment beliefs, asset allocation, investment policy statements, and liquidity — through drop-in sessions, sustained cohort workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Identify and coach the leaders most ready to move. Each quarter, find the 8 leaders most likely to drive significant change toward our North Stars, and collaborate with Felipe to help them lead that change inside their institutions.
  • Coach senior…
