ABA Center Development and Growth Lead

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking an experienced ABA Center Development and Growth Lead to help identify the right locations for new centers, support the opening process, and build a strong client census.

We are looking for someone who has previously helped open or grow ABA centers and understands site selection, community outreach, referral development, family enrollment, and center growth.

• Research and recommend strong markets and locations for new ABA centers

• Help evaluate properties and coordinate with brokers, landlords, and vendors

• Support the center setup and opening timeline

• Build relationships with pediatricians, psychologists, schools, and community organizations

• Develop referral and outreach strategies to attract families

• Track referrals, intake progress, enrollment, and client starts

• Work with recruiting, staffing, credentialing, intake, marketing, and clinical leadership

• Monitor census, referral conversion, staffing needs, and center growth

• Support each center until it reaches stable enrollment

• Experience opening, launching, or growing ABA centers

• Proven experience building a client census

• Knowledge of ABA referrals, intake, staffing, and operations

• Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills

• Experience with site selection or commercial real estate is preferred

• Experience in North Carolina or Maryland is a plus

BCBA certification is not required.
