Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Neighborhood Construction Manager, based in the Greensboro--Winston-Salem--High Point area. The Neighborhood Construction Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. Duties include managing construction schedules, supervising trade partners, implementing quality control measures, adhering to budgets, and ensuring site safety.

Additionally, the role involves frequent collaboration with team members and stakeholders to maintain an efficient and effective building process.

Qualifications
  • Strong Supervisory Skills to manage on-site teams and coordinate trade partners effectively
  • Expertise in Budgeting and managing project costs to ensure financial efficiency
  • Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and ability to implement safety standards
  • Experience in Construction and Project Control to streamline processes and oversee project timelines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in residential construction is highly desirable
