We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the North Carolina area. An exciting opportunity for a Construction Manager to join a prominent player in the pharmaceutical industry, overseeing construction projects that support cutting‑edge healthcare and scientific advancements. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, supporting our client’s commitment to excellence.
KeyDuties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain high standards of construction.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to keep the project on track.
- As the Construction Manager, ensure compliance with industry regulations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- A degree or higher level in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive industry experience managing large‑scale construction projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Working knowledge and practical experience with project management software and construction methodologies.
