The company is hiring a proven General Superintendent to lead the construction of multi‑million dollar commercial projects in Columbus for a leading national general contractor.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all field operations, daily construction activities, and execution.
- Manage and coordinate all site superintendents (structural, MEP, interiors, exterior).
- Drive safety, schedule, and quality across the project.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Operations Directors, and executive leadership.
- Maintain a strong on‑site presence.
- Proven experience as a General Superintendent on large‑scale commercial construction.
- At least one completed project, from foundations to hand‑over, as the lead superintendent onsite.
- Strong knowledge of structure, concrete, sequencing, façade, and building systems.
- Ability to lead large teams.
