Matrix Service in Rougemont, NC seeks a Line out Foreman to lead crews and ensure daily work is completed safely and to a high standard. The role reports to the Superintendent and requires strong communication and supervisory skills in a refinery maintenance, turnaround or construction environment.
Candidates must have 6+ years of relevant experience and be able to pass the Craft Skills Test at 70% or hold NCCER certification.
