Traveling Lead Superintendent – Industrial & Retail Construction
We are a growing commercial general contractor seeking an experienced traveling superintendent to lead industrial, retail, and cold storage projects throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana, and the surrounding Southeast. Base location:
Charlotte, NC.
- Led ground‑up commercial construction projects as the Lead Superintendent.
- Strong industrial, cold storage, and/or retail project experience.
- Proven success managing schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality.
- Ability to build strong relationships with owners, clients, and trade partners.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast;
Charlotte area home base preferred.
- Strong base salary and bonus structure.
