Multifamily Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing garden-style and podium-style multifamily developments
.
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
- Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage budgets, contracts, change orders, procurement, and project schedules.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
- Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change management.
- Identify risks and proactively resolve project issues.
- Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project turnover.
- 5+ years of multifamily construction experience.
- Proven experience with ground-up garden-style and/or podium multifamily projects
. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and financial management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
