This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with a growing and established company. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial and industrial mechanical projects, including piping, plumbing, and sheet metal. This role will utilize estimating software to develop detailed project estimates and cost analyses for labor, materials, and equipment while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to secure and validate pricing.

The Senior Estimator will also serve as an estimating resource across departments, identify opportunities for cost efficiency, and provide guidance and mentorship to other estimators on the team.

• 10 years minimum experience in Commercial Mechanical Construction.
• Understanding of mechanical manufacturing, electrical systems, and plumbing/piping required.
• Experience with software such as Revit, Bluebeam, Trimble is a plus.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
• Use of excel and ability to read and interpret mechanical and plumbing construction blueprints.
• Deep understanding of engineering design and construction processes.
