Location:
Charlotte, NC Hybrid
- Participate in low to moderately complex customer service initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Review and analyze routine to moderately complex customer service issues requiring research and evaluation
- Provide timely and accurate support to clients regarding brokerage accounts and services
- Present recommendations and solutions for resolving customer service challenges
- Exercise independent judgment while adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Maintain knowledge of financial products, brokerage services, and regulatory requirements
- Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up and resolution
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center environments
- Active Series 7 License (mandatory)
