In your role at Cube Smart Self Storage, you will manage and maintain your property, requiring strong customer service and property maintenance skills.
Customer Service- Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering WOW! or 5‑Star service.
- Interact face‑to‑face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport.
- Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
- Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
- Work independently and on a team renting self‑storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via our Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers about late payments.
- Perform daily walks of the property, clean units, open and close storage doors (up to 50 lbs.).
- Maintain facility by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and other light activities.
- Keep a clean and safe storage facility to ensure conditions meet company guidelines—clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fences, walls, and doors.

Qualifications- A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
- Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation during the workday.
- Will frequently be required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.
- Some locations may require Sunday hours.
