O2 Fitness is seeking a friendly Front Desk / Member Experience Team Member in High Point, NC. You will greet members, support inquiries, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities include signing guests up for memberships, handling billing questions, coordinating Personal Training orientations, stocking supplies, and assisting with inventory. A high school diploma and strong customer service skills are preferred.
