The role handles high-volume inbound and outbound calls, documents encounters, and uses Savista and client portals to review histories and establish payment plans.
You will support compliance with HIPAA, FDCPA, and other laws, pass background checks, and work a daytime ET window from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
