Med Quest Imaging is seeking a patient-facing front desk associate for the Ortho Carolina Gastonia imaging center. You will welcome patients and visitors, check them in, answer calls, schedule appointments, and help with balances due at service time.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 0–2+ years in a customer service or hospitality role. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Training will occur during weekdays with some weekend coverage as needed.
