In this role, you will support customers, field team members, and U‑Haul dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution under the guidance of the Traffic Control Manager.

Responsibilities

Assist with inbound and outbound customer calls. Coordinate with field teams and dealerships to manage equipment reservations, ensuring placement aligns with customer demand and regional inventory requirements. Review reports to optimize equipment availability and accuracy. Provide support for the Company’s U‑Box portable storage product.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, Word, and email
  • Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking
