Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to provide top-notch service, answering questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Provide exceptional service to customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Answer customer inquiries about our products and services, guiding them to the best solutions for their needs
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Operate the company vehicle to perform pick-up and delivery service as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a customer service or related role is preferred
• Clean driving record and valid NC Drivers License
