High Point University is seeking a full-time Guest Experience Lead to provide first-class customer service to campus visitors and prospective students. You will give tours, present admissions information, and assist the Undergraduate Admissions team during events.
You’ll help maintain the visit database and coordinate schedules with staff and faculty, ensuring an outstanding visit experience. Weekend work is required on most weekends.
