• Provide exceptional customer service and focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products.
• Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations through long‑lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre‑ and post‑wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate quality control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.).
• Pitch the membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand the knowledge base.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25lbs. consistently and up to 50lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
