In addition to tours and rentals, Triad ECO Adventures / Triad TROLLEYS provides new and preowned equipment sales and service.

The Tourism Graduate will support daily tour operations, including greeting guests, providing orientation and safety briefings, and assisting with the organization and execution of group sightseeing tours and recreational events. Responsibilities include helping guide tours on Segways, eBikes, SUPs, and trolleys, answering visitor questions, and sharing local knowledge about attractions and history. The role involves coordinating bookings, preparing equipment for rentals, maintaining basic cleanliness and readiness of gear, and supporting sales and service activities.
The Tourism Graduate will also assist with on‑site customer service, including check‑ins, payments, and post‑tour feedback. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Greensboro–Winston‑Salem–High Point area.
- Background in tourism, hospitality, recreation, or a related field, with an interest in guided tours and visitor experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups and speak clearly in front of audiences.
- Customer service skills, including conflict resolution, problem‑solving, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Comfort working with outdoor recreational equipment (Segways, eBikes, SUPs, trolleys) and willingness to learn safety and operational procedures.
- Organizational skills for managing schedules, bookings, and tour logistics, with attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work on‑site, stand and move for extended periods, and adapt to varying weather and activity conditions.
- Basic sales or retail skills, including assisting with equipment sales, rentals, and add‑on services.
- Knowledge of the Greensboro–Winston‑Salem–High Point area attractions, or willingness to learn and share local insights with guests.
