Dental Front Office Patient Care Coordinator Loveland Dental Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Front Office Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients walk through the door.

You’ll work in a modern, technology-driven office alongside a caring and collaborative team while helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their experience with our office.

Responsibilities Greet and check in patients

Schedule and manage appointments efficiently

Present treatment plans and discuss patient balances

Collect payments and maintain accurate records

Support office flow and patient communication

Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting
