This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Interior Designer located in the Greensboro-Winston-Salem-High Point Area. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading interior design projects, developing space planning solutions, collaborating on architectural integration, producing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that design solutions meet both client requirements and project goals.
Qualifications- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
- Strong understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings to coordinate seamlessly with architectural teams.
- Proficiency in selecting and specifying FF&E, ensuring suitability, quality, and alignment with project goals.
- Excellent project management skills, including budget oversight, timeline management, and team leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Experience in hospitality, commercial, or residential projects is a plus.
