Role OverviewThe Revit Modeler is responsible for modeling and drafting construction submittals for a variety of product lines including Division 10 Specialties and Division 12 Casework and Tops. They will work with a variety of internal teams to create detailed and accurate shop drawings from architectural drawings and cost estimates.
Responsibilities- Review and interpret architectural drawings to generate shop drawings for various project types and sizes.
- Complete shop drawings in a timely manner and according to our company standards.
- Manage information, maintain notes, documentation and make sure your questions are answered when needed utilizing our proprietary software.
- Competent working remotely in a deadline‑driven environment requiring independent time management.
- Independently solve problems in close coordination with members of the project team.
- Strong knowledge of Revit as a modeling and data management tool.
- 3–5 years’ experience.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field is a plus.
$55,000 to $65,000 per year depending on experience.
