Compensation: $300,000/year + bonus

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

TAG Med Staffing is hiring a Medical Director (Dermatology) in Duplin County, NC for our client, leading clinical dermatology services, provider oversight, and program development across a multi-site healthcare environment. In this role, you will deliver hands‑on patient care while establishing clinical standards, supporting providers, and driving service expansion. The ideal candidate will collaborate with primary care teams and leadership to deliver high-quality, evidence-based dermatologic care and improve patient outcomes.

• Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive dermatologic evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment across clinic locations.
• Procedural Services: Perform dermatologic procedures including biopsies, excisions, and in‑office treatments.
• Medical Leadership: Establish clinical protocols and maintain standards of care across dermatology services.

  Partner with providers to support dermatologic care and treatment planning.
• Program Development: Support growth and expansion of dermatology services across multiple sites.

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) is required.
• Licensure: Active medical license in the state of North Carolina or ability to obtain is required.
• Certification: Board Certification in Dermatology is required.
• Experience: 5+ years of clinical dermatology experience with prior leadership or medical director experience required.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of dermatologic care, procedures, and clinical best practices is required.
