Thebuildersagc is seeking a dedicated Adjunct Instructor for the Power Pathways Program at Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC). The instructor will provide engaging instruction in basic cooking and food safety, work directly with students with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and help students prepare for the Serv Safe Food Handlers exam.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Culinary Arts, or a related field, with a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with faculty to ensure curriculum alignment.
