Pro Sidian Seeks a Team Building Training Course Instructor | Team Building Training for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract. No Overtime Pay Basis, Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual in the Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery). The role supports a Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training environment across the Southeast United States / U.S. East Coast Region.
The Team Building Training Course Instructor aligns with GSA Labor Category:
Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II.
We seek candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W‑2 (IRS‑1099) professional training services position;
Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a full‑time W‑2 position.

Functional Area
/ Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector. - Focus on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) – Civilian Training Services – Civilian Personnel Management Office, located in Fort Bragg, NC (virtual delivery) and across the Southeast United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual).
- Deliver team‑building learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.
The Team Building Training program is designed to strengthen collaboration, trust, communication, and collective performance within teams operating in complex organizational environments. Participants learn practical methods to leverage individual strengths, foster accountability, enhance workplace relationships, and build cohesive teams that support mission accomplishment. Through facilitated exercises, team assessments, collaborative problem‑solving activities, and experiential learning, participants gain strategies for creating resilient, engaged, and high‑performing teams that adapt to changing organizational demands.
Learning objectives include building trust, improving communication, strengthening collaboration, fostering accountability, enhancing team cohesion, leveraging individual strengths, improving conflict resolution, and increasing organizational effectiveness by building high‑performing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES- Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey‑driven improvements.
The role is located in the Southeast United States / U.S. East Coast Region, at or near Fort Bragg, NC (virtual delivery). Initially identified Work Site Address: 4710 Knox Street (Marshall Hall) Fort Bragg, NC 28310‑5010.
QUALIFICATIONS- 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred.
