Position OverviewThe Department of Radiology at The Ohio State University (OSU) is seeking experienced candidates for tenure‑track faculty positions in translational biomedical imaging research at the rank of associate or full professor. Rank and startup package are commensurate with academic record and experience. The OSU College of Medicine and Department of Radiology have made significant commitments toward expanding medical imaging research and are seeking outstanding candidates in the field of neuroimaging who are dedicated to advancing translational research and innovation, committed to education, and inspire inclusive excellence.

We are specifically seeking candidates with interest in translational research in MRI and/or molecular imaging applications in neuroscience.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and lead an independent research program and participate in institutional efforts to translate novel imaging technologies and methodologies into clinical practice.
- Secure grant funding, mentor trainees, and work collaboratively with investigators across the College of Medicine and the university.
- Established history of research accomplishment and grant funding, including active grants.
- Hold a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline.
- Scientific collaboration and research interests in translational research in MRI and/or molecular imaging applications in neuroscience.
