Change Management; MIL Training Course Instructor

We are looking for a Change Management (MIL) Training Course Instructor to support professional services engagement for U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) and other DOD/Military clients. The role will deliver training on change management principles, frameworks, and practical strategies to civilian and military‑support personnel across the Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC) and the U.S. East Coast.

• Develop lesson plans and deliver classroom and virtual instruction.
• Conduct assessments, provide coaching and feedback, and support curriculum updates.
• Integrate LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, and interactive exercises into training sessions.
• Deliver 2‑day instructor‑led training workshops (16 hours) and serve as a subject‑matter expert.
• Align training content with Change Management (MIL) functional area and DOD/Military sector requirements.

• 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
• Background in DOD/Military sector preferred.
• Instructional certifications or training design credentials are preferred.
• Strong facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment skills.
• Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus competencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Certified in instructional delivery or related training development.
• Experience aligning training with mission‑critical operational environments.
