LocationBoys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Triad, High Point, NC.
OverviewThe Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Triad is looking to hire certified teachers to support our local youth in need of additional academic assistance.
Responsibilities- Provide Math tutoring for grades 6-8.
- Oversee use of online educational remediation programming (IXL).
- Plan instructional materials (approximately 1.5 additional hours per week for planning).
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 4:00 pm–5:00 pm, plus 1.5 additional planning hours per week (roughly 4.5 hours total per week).
Compensation$30.00 per hour
Qualifications- Certified North Carolina teacher.
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- CPR certification (preferred).
- Child Development Associate certification (preferred).
Open to retired teachers. Position is part-time and in person.
