Adjunct Faculty, Sociology, Human Services, & Criminal Justice

Wingate University is seeking applicants to fill several part-time, adjunct teaching positions in the areas below. These part time positions will primarily teach in-person classes on our main campus unless otherwise specified.

• Teach undergraduate courses in the Sociology, Human Services, and Criminal Justice disciplines.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance on campus for in-person classes.
• Align teaching practices with the university’s mission, vision, and strategic roadmap.
• Other job duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

• Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree or higher in a related discipline and college teaching experience.
• Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Canvas) and content development tools such as Zoom, Snagit, Camtasia, and other e‑learning tools is preferred.
