Responsibilities:

• Support the learning and development of children withSpecial Educational Needs(ASD, ADHD, challenging behaviour, and learning difficulties).
• Workone-on-one or in small groupsto help children achieve their learning goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to providetailored learning experiences.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Assist with classroom management and create apositive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as anSEN Teaching Assistantor in a similar role is desirable.
• Understanding ofvarious SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
• Acaring, patient, and positive attitude.
• Strongcommunication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to helping children achieve their full potential.
