Summary of Position
Collaboratively oversee the day-to-day operations of the Memorial Union & Student Activities, while serving as the liaison between the university and approximately 200 recognized student organizations, focused primarily on student organization management including but not limited to student organization infrastructure, leadership development, event planning, finance management, travel, etc. Supervise the student employees of the MUB Office and Games Room.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in related field.
- Knowledge of student and leadership development theories and practices.
- An understanding of the role of the student union and its programs.
- Knowledge of and experience with college student organizations and their needs.
- Direct supervisory experience.
- Experience in development and presentation of workshops, classes, and training.
