Senior Cyber Engineer

The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as a Security Solutions Engineer and play a pivotal role in safeguarding government networks. In this position, you will be at the forefront of developing, configuring, and implementing cutting-edge security plans, policies, and designs tailored for production use within government infrastructures.

• Manage Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
• Work with system development team to identify needed RMF artifacts and load them into the government’s EMASS system
• Develop security plans, policies, and designs
• Configure and implement security solutions based upon the customer’s performance criteria and specifications
• Conduct systems pre-test and acceptance tests to validate the designed performance criteria
• Structure mock designs based upon RFP specifications in support of the Bids & Proposal teams
• Collaborate with government and /or subcontractors at customer site for security solution integration into existing infrastructure
• Develop and perform technical presentations for customers
• Serve as technical resource at customer briefings
• Travel to other CAC I Locations or Customer Sites as necessary
• Requires extensive travel (up to 25%) including international travel
• Understand and adhere to all CACI Ethical and Compliance policies
• Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to CACI EH&S policies and procedures
• Mentor, train and lead Jr. engineers

Required:

• Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret if necessary
• BA/BS and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods including EMASS system
• Knowledge to support designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures
• Knowledge to support planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures
• Ability to communicate network security issues to peers and customers
• Proficient in Microsoft software applications and other software applications as required, including Microsoft Share Point
• Systems integration knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Experience in using drawing tools such as Microsoft Visio or AutoCAD is desired

Desired:

• Knowledge to support designing and implementing Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Multi-Site Connectivity Capability Package desired
• Experience in using drawing tools such as Microsoft Visio or AutoCAD is desired
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is $85,800 - $180,200
. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including location, government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, prior experience, skills, education, and certifications.
