PAG supports operators in the Airline, Business and General Aviation (BGA), Military and Rotary Wing markets through its Inventory Supported Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (ISMRO®) business model.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and mentor the ATE team, driving accountability, problem-solving, and results
  • Oversee daily operations of automated test systems, including Test Tek, ensuring all machines are operational and scheduled efficiently
  • Plan and optimize workloads to maximize throughput and minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot test equipment issues and guide technical problem-solving
  • Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145, FARs, and internal quality standards
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Maintain documentation and support audit readiness for all test activities
What We’re Looking For:
  • Part 145 MRO, avionics, or aerospace testing experience (minimum 1 year leadership preferred)
  • Hands‑on experience with automated test equipment (ATE) like Test Tek
  • Engineer‑minded with strong troubleshooting and workflow optimization skills
  • Knowledge of FAA regulations, FARs, and Repair Station procedures
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
