Operations Intern - Thermal Systems

This Quality Co‑Op position offers hands‑on experience in a leading automotive manufacturing environment and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful quality improvement projects.

• Development of and/or continuous improvement of support processes within Thermal Operations
• Standardization projects for documentation and processes in production lines
• Support Thermal Operations group lead on process documentation to align with department objectives

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Design, Process Engineering, or related field
• Strong self‑learning ability and willingness to explore new tools, systems, and processes
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
• Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with standardized work and/or process improvement
  • Familiarity with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Lean or Six Sigma tools
