Overview
A growing engineering firm specializing in critical infrastructure projects is seeking an Electrical Engineer in the Piedmont Triad area. We value practical, reliable design and collaboration on complex building systems projects.
Key Responsibilities- Design electrical power, lighting, and life safety systems for institutional and commercial facilities
- Perform load calculations, system studies, and infrastructure planning for new and existing buildings
- Develop and coordinate designs in Revit/BIM with multidisciplinary project teams
- Ensure designs prioritize long-term reliability, maintainability, and energy efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience designing building electrical systems within an MEP consulting environment
- Proficiency with Revit/BIM and electrical design software
- Strong understanding of power distribution, lighting, and life safety systems
