• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technology, or related field (required).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or mechanical systems, with exposure to technology implementation or R&D initiatives.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams or innovation projects.
• Familiarity with digital construction and operations tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Procore, or Bluebeam.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and business units.
• Knowledge of HVAC, MEP, or prefabrication systems (a plus).
• Experience in vendor negotiation and evaluation.
