FEI is seeking a Senior Engineering Technician with strong AutoCAD Civil 3D experience and a passion for land development. In this role, you'll play a key part in turning concepts into buildable plans - working closely with engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality designs that make a lasting impact.

What You'll DoDesign & Technical Leadership- Develop detailed land development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including:
- Site layouts, subdivisions, and roadway design
- Water, sewer, and stormwater systems
- Grading, erosion control, and stormwater management plans
- Collaborate with Engineers to deliver accurate, on-time designs
- Support project timelines and budgets through efficient, high-quality work
- Assist with processing plans through governmental agencies for approvals
- Ensure all work meets company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and constructability
- High school diploma (Associate's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of land development design experience
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Solid understanding of site design, utilities, and grading principles
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- CAD certifications
- Experience with Ajera or similar time/expense software
- Work on diverse land development projects that shape growing communities

- Mon-Thur: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Fri: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
