Andersen James have partnered with a growing engineering consultancy who is seeking an experienced Geotechnical, Testing & Inspections Group Manager to lead and expand their geotechnical operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and inspections group.
• Take full responsibility for the office's operational and financial performance.
• Develop new and existing client relationships across the Raleigh/Triangle market.
• Manage, mentor and grow an established technical team.
• Recruit and build the team in line with business growth.
• Drive strategic growth and expand the group's market presence.

Requirements

• Background in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, inspections, or a combination of both.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of the Raleigh/Triangle market or an established professional network in the region is highly desirable.
• Experience delivering projects across commercial, municipal, education, industrial or similar sectors.

What's on Offer

• Base salary of $125,000–$135,000
  , with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
