Customer Service Rep
Essential Job Functions
- Work with installers and professional customers to develop sales relationships.
- Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct efforts to accurately pick and stage parts for delivery.
- Route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive orders in a consistent and timely manner.
- Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards, including vehicle inspections and mileage entry.
- Assist Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers.
- Verify all products/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store.
- Ensure customers’ new core and warranty returns are picked up and credited in a timely manner.
- Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and properly tag/labeled returns.
- Assist at front counter, retail counter, backroom duties (auto‑load, returns, stock), customer labor claims, and other duties as assigned.
- Strong background in mechanics.
- Above average communication skills.
- Hands‑on knowledge of automotive repairs (desired).
- ASE certification (desired).
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
