* Job Description:

**** Rite-Hite
** Customer Service Representatives serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales department. This position is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment in an assigned area. This includes:
* Working with the Sales department, customers, and vendors in submitting orders for equipment and parts
* Coordinating schedules and dispatching installers
* Assist customers and sales personnel who call in to request service
* Ensuring accurate invoicing
* Reviewing completed jobs to analyze profitability###

* Required Experience:

** sells the best, and we hire the best.  Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
* One year of related experience minimum.  Prior experience in a field service operation helpful.
* A commitment to quality.  Prior experience in an ISO-certified or similar quality program is a plus.
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
* Good communication and customer service skills are also essential
