This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in the Greensboro–Winston‑Salem–High Point area. The CFO will oversee the organization’s financial operations, ensuring sound financial planning, accurate preparation of financial statements, and compliance with reporting standards. They will lead analytical initiatives to support data‑driven decision‑making, develop strategies to drive financial health, and work closely with senior leadership to align financial goals with business objectives.

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Analysis
• Strong skills in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Proven Analytical Skills applied to budgeting, forecasting, and business decision support
• Solid understanding of corporate Finance principles and practices
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to guide financial teams and advise senior leadership
• Proficiency in financial software tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
• Experience in similar leadership roles, preferably within growth‑stage or dynamic organizations
