* Apply Budget Analyst position available in Dallas, NC.
Duties Include:
Perform a variety of duties to analyze fin'l & logistics data & plan & modify budgets for a multi-national industrial machinery co. Examine budget & supply-chain cost estimates for completeness, accuracy, & compliance w/ internal policies & regulatory standards. Review operating budgets & logistics cost projections to identify trends, incl changes driven by tariffs, duties, & transportation costs, & provide insight on fin'l performance & future needs.
Coord the prep'n of consolidated budgets & cost forecasts across depts & business units. Prep regular & special budget & logistics cost reports for mgmt review. Summarize budgets & cost projections & submit recommendations for approval or modification. Monitor spending & logistics costs against authorized budgets & alert stakeholders when material deviations occur. Provide tech'l assistance to functional managers on cost analysis, fiscal allocation, logistics planning, & budget prep'n.
Consult w/ dept leaders to ensure budget & supply-chain adjustments align w/ prgm, sourcing, & import changes. Assist in performing cost-benefit & fin'l impact analyses rltd to operational, capital, & logistics decisions. Interpret budget directives & support consistent execution of fin'l & cost-control policies. Ensure data integrity in all fin'l & logistics cost docs & reports. Perform similar, rltd tasks as necessary.
Reqmts:
Must have at least a Master's deg in Economics, Finance, Acctg, or a similar, rltd field; or, in lieu of a Master's, a Bach's in Economics, Finance, Acctg, or a similar, rltd field, + 2 yrs of F/T exp as a Budget Analyst or similar occupation is acceptable; or any suitable combination of edu, training, or exp is acceptable.
