Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Specialist for a financial services organization in Greensboro. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, collections experience, and the ability to manage high-volume account activity while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
The selected candidate will work directly with customers regarding past-due accounts, loan payments, account balances, and repayment options. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple systems.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding loan accounts, payments, account status, and account resolution.
- Review loan, credit, and deposit account information to determine appropriate next steps.
- Ensure loan servicing activity is completed in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and TRID guidelines
. - Assist customers with payment arrangements, account questions, and documentation needs.
- Accurately document all customer communication and account activity in the system.
- Review loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Monitor accounts for financial hardship, delinquency, or potential risk.
- Work closely with internal teams to support loan servicing, account maintenance, and customer resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information at all times.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, loan servicing, mortgage servicing, lending support, or a related role.
- Must have hands-on TRID experience.
- Strong understanding of loan documentation, disclosures, servicing processes, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage high-volume inbound and outbound communication.
- Comfortable working in multiple systems and screens at one time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Ability to remain professional when handling sensitive financial conversations.
- Experience in a bank, credit union, mortgage company, or financial services call center.
- Collections, account resolution, or loan modification experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
